Our Team Members

Our team members are students who want to make a meaningful impact in their communities and change a child’s life one book at a time. Turning Pages is proud of our high school students who have dedicated their time and efforts to improve childrens’ literacy. These compassionate individuals have gone on to top universities.

  • My favorite part about Turning Pages is giving an excited reader a book I have read and loved. Listening to students’ interests and working with them to find a good book is always rewarding.

    Brian • Co-President • Princeton University

  • Turning Pages has shown me just how powerful books can be in shaping the lives of children and inspiring a lifelong love for reading. I loved sharing my favorite books with children.

    Caroline • Co-President • Harvard University

  • Turning Pages enabled me to share my passion for reading with thousands of students and I am very happy to have made a positive impact on their education.

    Will • Amherst College

  • Being able to give a kid a book that I once loved reading provides them with new perspectives and experiences that once shaped me as a learner and will help shape them.

    Sabrina • Vanderbilt University

  • My favorite part of Turning Pages has been helping many Hispanic kids with little English knowledge rise above that barrier, book by book, just like I did.

    Ignacio Brina • Brown University

  • It was great being able to help kids find books at our book fairs and see the books I collected going to excited young readers.

Brodie • University of St. Andrews

  • Seeing the smiles on the kids’ faces when I connect them with the book they’ve been dreaming of reading always fills my spirit, especially if it also brought me that same joy as a child.

    Forrest • Boston College
